Through diverse <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stiftung-eierstockkrebs\/projekte.de\">campaigns and events,<\/a> patient-relevant topics such as treatment options, aftercare, and quality of life are highlighted. <\/p><p>The foundation also offers educational tours across Germany, such as the \u201cBRCA Info Tour\u201d focusing on genetic aspects of ovarian cancer, or complementary options like art therapies as part of the \u201cCreative Tour\u201d. In addition, the German Ovarian Cancer Foundation supports clinical research, such as the long-term study \u201cCarolin meets Hanna\u201d. In recent years, treatment outcomes for ovarian cancer have significantly improved based on studies, yet the long-term outcomes for women with ovarian cancer remain unsatisfactory.
